This Privacy Policy explains how Conversion Booster SL ("Tarzoon", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you request beta access to or use the Tarzoon service. We are committed to protecting your data and complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we collect
When you request beta access we process the following categories of personal data:
- Identification data: email address and full name (the latter only if you sign up via "Sign in with Google").
- Professional data: company website and which advertising platforms you currently run (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Search Console, Merchant Center, or other channels you describe).
- Technical data: approximate IP-derived location, browser language, page referrer and the page you submitted from. This data is collected anonymously by our analytics provider.
- Free-text content: any message you type into the "Ask Tarzoon" field before requesting access.
We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or social plugins.
3. Why we process it (purposes & legal bases)
- Manage your beta access request — Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Send you product updates and onboarding emails about Tarzoon — Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). You may object at any time; see "Your rights".
- Improve the product and prioritise the beta queue — Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations — Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
4. Who has access to your data
Your data is processed by our team and by the following service providers ("processors") under contractual data-protection guarantees:
- Google LLC — Google Workspace (email), Google Identity Services ("Sign in with Google") and Google Sheets, where the beta-access list is stored.
- Hosting and CDN provider — to serve this site and run the signup webhook.
- Simple Analytics — privacy-first, cookie-less analytics provider based in the European Union.
We never sell or rent your personal data.
5. International data transfers
Some processors (e.g. Google LLC) are based outside the European Economic Area. In all such cases, transfers are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism under Articles 44-49 GDPR, with supplementary measures where required.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep beta-request data for as long as your account is active or for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, whichever is longer. Where we have a legal obligation to retain certain records (e.g. tax or accounting), we keep them for the period prescribed by law and then delete or anonymise them.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to processing, including for direct-marketing purposes.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before.
- Lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have been infringed.
To exercise any of these rights, email hi@tarzoon.com from the address you signed up with. We will respond within one month.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), least-privilege access controls, regular review of who has access to data and minimisation by design. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever detect a personal-data breach affecting you we will notify you and the supervisory authority as required by Articles 33-34 GDPR.
9. Children
Tarzoon is a B2B tool for digital advertising professionals. The service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the site.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tarzoon beta service (the "Service"), operated by Conversion Booster SL ("Tarzoon", "we", "us"). By requesting beta access or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Tarzoon is an AI assistant for digital advertising agencies that helps create campaigns, audit accounts and generate reports across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Search Console and Merchant Center. The Service is currently offered as a private beta. Features may change, be added, removed, or temporarily unavailable without notice.
2. Beta access
Access to the beta is at our discretion. We may grant, deny, suspend or revoke access at any time, with or without notice. The beta is provided to gather feedback and improve the Service; you understand the Service may contain bugs, errors or incomplete functionality.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your authentication credentials confidential. You must promptly notify us at hi@tarzoon.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or in violation of the advertising policies of any connected platform.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or attempt to bypass our security or rate limits.
- Resell, sublicense or provide access to the Service to third parties without our prior written agreement.
- Upload, generate or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that includes malware.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
5. Your content and data
You retain all rights to the content, accounts and data you connect or submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant Tarzoon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process and display Customer Content solely to operate, secure and improve the Service, and to provide it back to you. Personal data within Customer Content is handled under our Privacy Policy.
6. Tarzoon's intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, prompts, templates, design, brand and documentation, is owned by Conversion Booster SL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. AI outputs
The Service uses machine-learning models to produce campaigns, copy, recommendations and reports ("Outputs"). Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing every Output before using it, especially before launching paid advertising or sending it to a client.
8. Third-party platforms
The Service connects to third-party platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Search Console, Merchant Center). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs, policies or availability.
9. Fees
The beta is currently free of charge. We will give you reasonable notice (and the opportunity to cancel) before introducing any paid plans that would apply to your account.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of Outputs and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Conversion Booster SL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, advertising spend, goodwill or business opportunities, even if advised of their possibility. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Conversion Booster SL harmless from any claim, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) shall survive.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the site, with reasonable advance notice where required. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules grant the user a different forum.
